We have been purchasing properties since 2008 and always strive to exceed sellers' expectations. In addition, we thoroughly enjoy designing and renovating properties.
In the beginning, we bought homes through agents then realized it is best for both the seller and the buyer to eliminate the agent and work directly with each other. The process was much faster and smoother, especially for a seller that wanted the property sold on their timeline. Some sellers want it sold immediately and others a year from now and we work with all situations.
To this day we still enjoy meeting sellers and walking their properties. Sometimes a seller may be on the fence about selling but wanted some advice, we are here to share our knowledge to help with their decision.
